I know most people have everything tied to a phone now a days but made this purchase after loosing my phone and many numbers that were difficult to reproduce. I love my hand held it allows me to easily store information, schedules and more. I would recommend it, small and easy to use.
It is small and provides all the basics for organization--phone numbers and schedules. It's cute too. The Palm Z22 is a great little product and I am sorry it is no longer being made. And I play Scrabble on it all the time.
Palm said that outside of the 90 day warranty period there is nothing they can do to replace. No Thanks.
The real rating is a Zero. DO NOT BUY THIS OR YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
They said that they are NO LONGER MANUFACTURING THESE DEVICES due to Palm producing Smart Phones. I rated this 5 stars to get this note noticed by potential shoppers.
My Palm Z22 died after only 5 months of use. They said they can try to fix for $75.

I highly recommend it to anyone else whose Z22 has died on them. And, of course, Palm wanted $75 up front to even look at it, much less fix it. Thank goodness I was syncing it regularly with my home computer, because three months ago the screen stopped responding altogether -- not even a hard reboot would get it to come back. Fortunately I found the HP IPAQ here on Amazon, and it has more than met my organizational needs. I bought a Palm Z22 three years ago, and loved everything about it -- ease of use, all of the different functions, and the versatility in colors and set-ups. A year ago the screen started to lose its responsiveness periodically, and I had to reboot almost weekly. I was destraught, since I need a PDA to run my life, and the PDA market has almost disappeared -- what's available now in the stores is netbooks and i-phones (neither of which function as a true PDA).
My only use is formaintaining a record of the books I have read, in that I found I waspurchasing paper backs that I had already read. Just be sure and back up. Purchased this as a replacement for one that failed. It is perfect for thattype of thing.
